Activity 7.2

Action and Project Management

Activity 7.2 aims at the timely and efficient action management and the sufficient financial and technical management of the overall project.

In the framework of this activity the Coordination Group and the Management Committee of the ISWM-TINOS project conducted annual meetings with the External Monitoring team to monitor the progress of the project.

1st monitoring visit

On May 4th, 2012, a meeting (monitoring visit) of ISWM-TINOS team with Dr. Katerina Raftopoulou from the external monitoring team took place at the Meeting Room of the Tinos Municipality Council (Old Municipality Building), in Tinos Island. Representatives from all beneficiaries were present, specifically:

  1. TINOS: Panagiotis Krontiras, Ioannis Zalonis, Anastasios Vidalis, Irene Lazoura, Stamatia Miheli,
  2. NTUA: Maria Loizidou, Konstantinos Moustakas, Dimitris Malamis, Christos Michalopoulos,
  3. UNIVR: David Bolzonella and
  4. CERTH/ISFTA: Dimitrios Kourkoumpas

Prior to the meeting an agenda had been prepared. During the meeting, the demonstration of the project progress to date, both technical and financial, was presented.

 

2nd monitoring visit

Furthermore, on 15th & 16th May 2013, a meeting of ISWM-TINOS team with Dr. Katerina Raftopoulou from the external monitoring team took place at the Meeting Room of the Tinos Municipality Council (Old Municipality Building), in Tinos Island. Representatives from all beneficiaries were present, specifically:

  1. Municipality of Tinos (TINOS): Antonis Ksenopoulos, Nikiforos Delasoudas, Anastasios Vidalis, Christos Charitos, Stamatia Miheli
  2. National Technical University of Athens (NTUA): Konstantinos Moustakas, Dimitris Malamis, Vasiliki Panaretou
  3. Università degli studi di Verona (UNIVR): Federico Micolucci
  4. Centre for Research and Technology Hellas/ Chemical Process and Energy Resources Institute (CERTH/CPERI): Dimitrios Kourkoumpas

For this purpose, an agenda and presentations depicting the project progress have been prepared.

 

3rd monitoring visit

On 30th June & 1st July 2014, a meeting of ISWM-TINOS team with Mrs. Sophia Papageorgiou from the external monitoring team took place at the Meeting Room of the Tinos Municipality Council (Old Municipality Building), in Tinos Island. Representatives from all beneficiaries were present, specifically:

  1. Municipality of Tinos (TINOS): Anastasios Vidalis, Katerina Saltamanika, Spyros Kollaros, Christos Charitos, Stamatia Micheli, Maria Levanti
  2. National Technical University of Athens (NTUA): Konstantinos Moustakas, Vasiliki Panaretou
  3. Università degli studi di Verona (UNIVR): Federico Micolucci
  4. Centre for Research and Technology Hellas/ Chemical Process and Energy Resources Institute (CERTH/CPERI): Dimitrios Kourkoumpas

For this purpose, an agenda and presentations depicting the project progress have been prepared.

 

4th monitoring visit

The fourth Monitoring Mission with the European Commission members (Christian Strasser, Alexis Tsalas) and the External Monitoring Team (Mrs. Sophia Papageorgiou) of the ISWM-TINOS took place at the NTUA Library premises, Athens, Greece on the 16th October 2014. Representatives from all beneficiaries were present, specifically:

  1. Municipality of Tinos (TINOS): Anastasios Vidalis
  2. National Technical University of Athens (NTUA): Maria Loizidou, Dimitris Malamis, Konstantinos Moustakas, Vasiliki Panaretou
  3. Università degli studi di Verona (UNIVR): David Bolzonella
  4. Centre for Research and Technology Hellas/ Chemical Process and Energy Resources Institute (CERTH/CPERI): Panagiotis Grammelis, Dimitrios Kourkoumpas

For this purpose, an agenda and presentations depicting the project progress have been prepared.

 

The final technical Monitoring mission with the External Monitoring Team (Mrs. Sophia Papagerogiou) of the ISWM TINOS project took place at the NTUA premises (School of Chemical Engineering), in Athens on the 30th November 2015. Representatives from NTUA and CERTH/CPERI were present:

  1. National Technical University of Athens (NTUA): Maria Loizidou, Dimitris Malamis, Konstantinos Moustakas, Vasiliki Panaretou
